At the turn of November and December, young people from all over the world will come to Katowice to talk about climate change.
COP24 friendly - Silesian hospitality
The COP24 friendly project is a unique and interesting initiative of Silesian restaurants, pubs and shops, prepared for the participants of the UN Climate Summit. The programme will be implemented in five categories: breakfast, lunch, dinner, clubbing and shopping.

Agreement with the city of Katowice on COP24 signed
Henryk Kowalczyk, Minister of Environment, and Marcin Krupa, Mayor of Katowice, signed an agreement on the 15th of May 2018 regarding the organisation of the COP24 climate summit in Katowice.

President of the Republic of Poland signed a law on special measures to ensure efficient organization of the COP24 conference.
The law should create the right conditions for hosting COP24 in Katowice.
